Basketball Recap: Childress Comes Up Short

Childress suffered their biggest loss since December 14, 2024 on Tuesday. They lost 67-46 to the Bushland Falcons. The Bobcats were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Falcons earlier this season, when they won 52-48.

Childress' defeat dropped their record down to 17-14. As for Bushland, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-11 record this season.

Looking ahead, Childress will take on Hale Center at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Bushland does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
