Volleyball Recap: Sharyland Victorious

Sharyland won the last time they faced Non Varsity Opponent and things went their way on Thursday too. The Rattlers came out on top against Non Varsity Opponent by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Rattlers.

Pamela Pena paced Sharyland's offense, picking up six kills. Pena got some help from Jayleen Berlanga and her ten assists. Finally, Romina Perez kept Sharyland's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.

Sharyland's victory bumped their record up to 4-1.

Coming up, Sharyland is packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will challenge McAllen Memorial at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Non Varsity Opponent has already played their next match (against Bonham), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
