If St. Mary was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Rogue River last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Crusaders lost 3-0 to the Cascade Christian Challengers on Tuesday. The Crusaders' defeat signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

St. Mary's loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 8-5. As for Cascade Christian, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season.

St. Mary's didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 victory against North Valley on the 2nd. As for Cascade Christian, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Brookings-Harbor on the 2nd.
