Fayetteville and University Charter squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Fayetteville had to settle for second. They came up short against the Trail Blazers, falling 3-0. The Wolves' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Kenleigh McArthur paced Fayetteville's offense, picking up 13 kills. McArthur got some help from Isabella Kelley and her 15 assists. Kelley also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Taylor Hammonds, each putting up three.

Fayetteville's defeat dropped their record down to 28-9. As for University Charter, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 18-4.

As of now, neither Fayetteville nor the Trail Blazers have any future games scheduled.
