Volleyball Recap: Chillicothe's Win on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Chillicothe came tearing into Tuesday's contest with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Hillsboro Indians as they made off with a 3-0 win. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since October 3, 2023, but that streak is no more.

While Chillicothe won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-22, 25-21.

Chillicothe was led to victory by Natalie Dudley and Vivian Morgan. Dudley had 15 digs, while Morgan had nine digs. That's the most digs Dudley has posted since back in September of 2024. Grace Tomlinson also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

Chillicothe's record is now 9-6. As for Hillsboro, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-8.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Chillicothe is set to face off against their familiar foe Miami Trace at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Hillsboro will square off against rival Washington at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday.
