Basketball Recap: Crockett County Takes a Loss

Crockett County was the 64-31 winner over Obion County when they last played one another back in February of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Crockett County Cavaliers lost 72-49 to the Obion County Rebels on Tuesday. The Cavaliers' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Crockett County's defeat dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Obion County, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-8 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Crockett County will welcome Milan at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Crockett County is facing Milan at the right time seeing as Milan is stuck on a four-game losing streak. Obion County has already played their next matchup (against Dyer County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
