Basketball Recap: Greenwich Comes Up Short

Greenwich was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 65-54 to the Stillwater Warriors. The Witches were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Warriors earlier this season, when they won 70-64.

Greenwich's loss dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Stillwater, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 6-8 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Greenwich will host Hoosic Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Stillwater, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Berlin at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
