Basketball Recap: Randolph Comes Up Short

Randolph was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 17th straight loss. They were outmatched by the Winside Wildcats and fell 52-16. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 63-16 back in January.

Lilly Kuchta was Randolph's leading scorer, having posted ten points. Kuchta also led the team in rebounds with 11.

Randolph's defeat dropped their record down to 0-17. As for Winside, their win bumped their record up to 5-14.

Randolph wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 52-20 loss against Walthill on the 3rd. As for Winside, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 53-31 defeat against Bloomfield on the 3rd.
