While it always takes a team to win, one person punching above their weight class on Tuesday was Caiden Kennedy. He wasn't messing around, striking out seven batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off seven hits. The pitching appearance was his third straight with seven or more strikeouts.

Kennedy's strong effort led Polytechnic over Providence and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
