Fountain-Fort Carson and Arvada West squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Fountain-Fort Carson had to settle for second. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats. The Trojans just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Addie Allen had a dynamite game For Arvada West., getting 23 digs and four assists. Allen has been hot for a while, having posted 11 or more digs the last nine times she's played.

Fountain-Fort Carson's loss dropped their record down to 14-11. As for Arvada West, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-9.

Fountain-Fort Carson does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Arvada West, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Chaparral on the 8th.
