Columbia is 6-0 against La Marque since January of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Columbia Roughnecks will host the La Marque Cougars at 7:15 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Columbia has three straight wins, La Marque has five straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the pitch.

Columbia's defense heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They had just enough and edged Calhoun out 1-0. Sebastian Olguin had the honor of scoring the game-winner for the Roughnecks.

Meanwhile, La Marque came up short against Columbia last Friday and fell 3-1.

Columbia is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 19 goals over those six matchups. As for La Marque, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-5.

Columbia was able to grind out a solid victory over La Marque in their previous meeting last Friday, winning 3-1. Does Columbia have another victory up their sleeve, or will La Marque turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
