Soccer Recap: Escambia Plays to a Tie

For the first time this season, Escambia was forced to settle for a draw. They and the Rocky Bayou Christian Knights finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw on Monday.

Escambia's goal came courtesy of Lily Stringfellow, who's now up to five this season.

Escambia's draw gives them a new season record of 4-2-1. As for Rocky Bayou Christian, they moved theirs to 4-1-2.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing West Florida the next time they take the pitch. Escambia will head out to face West Florida at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while Rocky Bayou Christian will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
