Lander Valley is 2-8 against Powell since May of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Tigers will face off against the Panthers at 5:00 p.m. Lander Valley is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.8 goals per game this season.

If Powell heads into halftime all tied up, they better play a good second half: that's when Lander Valley took over last week. The Tigers sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over Mountain View on Saturday. Lander Valley haven't had any issues with Mountain View recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Sequeil Lozier and Finn Richards scored both of Lander Valley's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 11 goals.

Meanwhile, Powell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against Worland, falling 3-0. That's two games in a row now that Powell have lost by exactly three goals.

Powell now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Lander Valley, their win bumped their record up to 5-1.

Everything went Lander Valley's way against Powell in their previous meeting on April 11th, as Lander Valley made off with a 6-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tigers since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
