Basketball Recap: Park Takes a Loss

Park lost to Irondale back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Wolfpack fell 54-50 to the Knights.

Mason Broussard had another great game (as he tends to do), dropping a double-double with 12 points and 14 boards for Irondale. Thanks to that strong game, Broussard now owns an excellent 45.4% shooting accuracy. Another player making a difference was Cameron Cramble, who almost dropped a double-double with 11 points and nine rebounds.

Park has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-9 record this season. As for Irondale, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-13.

Looking ahead, Park will head out to face off against Mounds View at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Irondale, they will host Roseville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Knights will be up against the Raiders' rather soft defense (which has allowed 57.93 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
