Baseball Recap: Plainview Find Success

Plainview let Good Hope stack four runs on them in the third inning on Saturday but luckily Plainview prevailed anyway. The Bears narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Raiders 7-6. The win was some much needed relief for the Bears as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

The victory got Plainview back to even at 3-3. As for Good Hope, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Coming up, Plainview will look to defend their home field on Thursday against North Sand Mountain at 4:30 p.m. As for Good Hope, they will venture away from home to take on North Jackson at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
