Volleyball Recap: Poway Comes Up Short

Poway lost against O'Connor back in April of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Poway Titans fell 2-0 to the O'Connor Eagles. The Titans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Luke Jorgensen paced Poway's offense, picking up six kills. Jorgensen got some help from Jayden Tye and his nine assists.

Poway's defeat dropped their record down to 8-3. As for O'Connor, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Poway didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Mission Vista on the 7th. As for O'Connor, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Corona del Mar on the 7th.
