Soccer Game Preview: Anna vs. Denison

The Anna Coyotes will face off against the Denison Yellow Jackets at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Anna is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to four goals on Tuesday, they were much more limited against Walnut Grove on Friday. They fell just short of the Wildcats by a score of 2-1. Anna's defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Meanwhile, Denison has been on a difficult stretch since their win on January 16. They and Sherman finished up on equal footing with a 2-2 draw on Friday.

Denison's draw gives them a new season record of 5-6-3. As for Anna, they now have a losing record of 6-7-1.

Anna got the 'W' when the teams last played back in March of 2025 against Denison by a conclusive 3-0 score. Do the Coyotes have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Yellow Jackets turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
