Softball Recap: St. Clair Bulldogs vs. Cuba Wildcats
St. Clair was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They fell 11-8 to the Cuba Wildcats. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bulldogs of the 12-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2021.
St. Clair's loss dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Cuba, the win snapped their winning streak at 21 games dating back to last season and leaves them with a 1-19 record.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. Clair will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Dixon at 4:30 p.m. on March 24, 2025. As for Cuba, they will face off against Newburg at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
