Baseball Recap: Littleton's Undefeated Season over After Six Games

After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last five matches, Littleton finally came back down to earth on Friday. They came up short against the White Mountains Spartans, falling 12-1. The contest marked the Crusaders' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Littleton fell to 5-1. As for White Mountains, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 8-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Littleton will square off against Lisbon at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Crusaders are facing the Panthers at the right time seeing as the Panthers are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for White Mountains, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Newfound Regional at 4:00 p.m. on May 5.
