Bryson Wheeler was unstoppable on Tuesday, tossing six innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his third in a row with less than two walks. For the year, he has an ERA of 3.09 over 11.3 innings pitched.

Wheeler and Patrician Academy will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Southern Academy at 4:00 p.m. on March 22nd. Patrician Academy will be headed into this one with a sizable disadvantage in the rankings (they're ranked 105 places lower in Alabama), but they're not letting that get them down.
