Kate Sears Game Report: @ East Lincoln

On Saturday, Watauga got the W thanks in part to Kate Sears playing the best basketball she has all season. Sears shot 7-for-10 from deep and dropped a triple-double on 39 points, 17 rebounds, and 13 assists. Thanks to that strong showing, she's now averaging 8.6 assists per game. Her afternoon made it 27 games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points.

Watauga and North Wilkes will compete for holiday cheer at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The Pioneers had to take a loss when they last met the Vikings, but Sears had little to do with the loss: she almost dropped a triple-double on 16 points, 12 boards, and nine assists.
