Volleyball Recap: Huntley Comes Up Short

Huntley extended their losing streak to three on Saturday, dropping their season record down to 6-15 in the process. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Timothy Christian Trojans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 on Saturday.

As for Timothy Christian, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 18-11 record this season. Winning may never get old, but they sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Among those leading the charge was Caleb Lindemulder, who had 12 digs. Those 12 digs gave him a new career-high.

Huntley wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Hoffman Estates on the 10th. As for Timothy Christian, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Marmion on the 10th.
