Basketball Recap: Crossings Christian Takes Down Ranked Union

On Thursday, Crossings Christian faced Union in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Crossings Christian Knights took down the Union Redhawks 53-38. This was payback for the Knights, who suffered a 68-58 loss the last time these two teams met.

Crossings Christian's victory bumped their record up to 12-3. As for Union, their defeat ended an 11-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 9-4.

Crossings Christian won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Glenpool at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Union, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Westmoore at 7:30 p.m.
