Baseball Recap: Harmony Eagles vs. New Diana Eagles
Harmony extended their losing streak to four on Thursday, dropping their season record down to 3-18 in the process. They came up short against New Diana, falling 12-0. Considering the last time Harmony couldn't score was back in March, the team can't take the result too hard.
As for New Diana, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 16 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-6-1 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.8 runs over those games.
For New Diana's part, Colt McDowell made a big impact while hitting and pitching.
