 The Lake Placid Dragons can now show off five landslide victories after their most recent  contest  on Thursday. They took their  matchup at home  with ease, bagging a  51-17 victory over Discovery. Winning may never get old, but Lake Placid sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
  Taraje Walker was a one-man wrecking crew for Lake Placid as she  scored 18 points along with five  rebounds and three  steals. It was the first time this season that  Walker  scored 15 or more points. Another player making a difference was  Antranique Felton, who  almost  dropped  a double-double on nine points and 11  rebounds.
 Lake Placid's victory bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Discovery, they are  on a five-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 4-13.
 Lake Placid won't have much time to rest: their next  match is against the Spartans at 7:00  p.m.  on February 2nd.
