Baseball Game Preview: Morton/White Pass Timberwolves vs. Mossyrock Vikings

The Morton/White Pass Timberwolves are taking a road trip to face off against the Mossyrock Vikings at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Morton/White Pass is looking for their season's first victory.

Morton/White Pass lost 11-1 to Rainier on Monday.

Meanwhile, Mossyrock came up short against Toledo on Monday, falling 11-4. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Mossyrock saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Easton Kolb, who went 2-for-3 with one run.

Mossyrock's loss dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Morton/White Pass, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-16.

Morton/White Pass came out on top in a nail-biter against Mossyrock when the teams last played back in May of 2024, sneaking past 6-5. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Timberwolves since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
