Baseball Recap: Nine Straight Home Wins for River Forest

River Forest lost to Marquette Catholic back in April of 2017, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Ingots walked away with a 7-2 win over the Blazers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Ingots.

River Forest got a big performance out of Ellis Gorham, who went 2-for-4 with three stolen bases. With that strong performance, Gorham is now averaging an impressive 1.2 stolen bases per game. Walter Jaime was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one double, and one RBI.

River Forest pushed their record up to 6-2 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.
