Baseball Recap: Washington Comes Up Short

Washington lost against Fort Zumwalt West back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bluejays fell just short of the Jaguars by a score of 8-7. The Bluejays have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Washington's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Fort Zumwalt West, their victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-2.

Washington didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 12-2 defeat against Fort Zumwalt East on the 15th. As for Fort Zumwalt West, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 9-2 win against North Point on the 14th.
