Basketball Recap: Cocke County Takes a Loss

Cocke County suffered their closest defeat since December 13, 2024 on Friday. They fell just short of the Fulton Falcons by a score of 65-62. The Fighting Cocks haven't had much luck with the Falcons recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Cocke County's loss dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Fulton, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 7-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cocke County will take on Seymour at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Seymour is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 56.8 points per game this season. As for Fulton, they will square off against Alcoa at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
