 Princeton is on a six-game streak of home wins, while North Johnston is on a six-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Princeton Bulldogs will take on the North Johnston Panthers at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
 On Tuesday, Princeton made easy work of Beddingfield  and carried off  an  11-1 victory.
  Sam Lopez and  Branson Flynn did most of the damage at the plate:  Lopez  scored two  runs and  stole two bases while going 1-for-4, while  Flynn  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-2. Lopez has been hot recently, having posted  at least one  stolen base the last three times he's  played. Another player making a difference was  Noah Holloman, who  scored two  runs and  stole two bases while going 1-for-2.
 Meanwhile, North Johnston never let their opponents score on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Eastern Wayne as North Johnston made off with  a  10-0 win. The high-scoring effort was just what North Johnston needed considering they were shutout in their previous   matchup.
 Princeton is  on a roll lately: they've  won 12 of their last 13 contests,  which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record  this season. As for North Johnston, their victory bumped their record up to 14-6.
 Princeton beat North Johnston 6-3  in their previous matchup  back in April. Will Princeton repeat their success,  or does  North Johnston have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
