Volleyball Recap: Robertson County Takes a Loss

Robertson County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Mason County Royals. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Royals this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Robertson County's loss dropped their record down to 4-21. As for Mason County, they have been performing well recently as they've won 14 of their last 18 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-11 record this season.

Robertson County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mason County, they will take on East Carter at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
