Cooper Posts Huge Game in 58-12 Win

Starting off the list is Pike Valley's Andrew Cooper, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Cooper rushed for 80 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries, and also threw for 119 yards and three touchdowns on only nine passes.

Pike Valley's win ended a seven-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-4. Cooper and Pike Valley will challenge St. John's/Tipton Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Kaden Mccoy Turns in Season-Best Effort

Kaden Mccoy produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Lakeside to the win on Friday. Mccoy threw for 91 yards and four touchdowns, and also rushed for 80 yards and a touchdown.

With the win, Lakeside broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-5. Mccoy and Lakeside will take on Rock Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Jeremiah Miller Crosses Big Stat Threshold

Jeremiah Miller put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in October of 2023 on Friday. He rushed for 160 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 139 yards and three touchdowns. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (102.4). He is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in the last five games he's played.

The win (which was Lincoln's sixth in a row) raised their record to 6-1. Miller will try to repeat (or improve) on that dominant performance when he faces off against Clifton-Clyde on Friday.

Another Lakeside player making an appearance on this list is Reece Remus. He picked up 88 receiving yards and four touchdowns.
