Basketball Game Preview: Trinity Christian Crusaders vs. Gatewood Gators

Having just played yesterday, the Trinity Christian Crusaders will jump right back in to play the Gatewood Gators at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Meanwhile, Gatewood didn't have quite enough to beat Central Fellowship Christian Academy on Thursday and fell 47-45. The defeat continues a trend for the Gators in their matchups with the Lancers: they've now lost three in a row.

Gatewood's loss dropped their record down to 10-12. As for Trinity Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-11.

Trinity Christian and Gatewood were neck-and-neck when the teams last played back in January, but Trinity Christian came up empty-handed after a 36-35 loss. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Gatewood's Riley Roberts, who made all 5 shots she took for 15 points and five steals.
