Soccer Recap: Lower Merion Victorious

There's no place like home for Lower Merion, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. While the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was the Aces who were credited with the win on Friday. The Lower Merion Aces got it done in the shootout by posting five goals to the Central Bucks South Titans's four.

Lower Merion is on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-2-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those 15 contests. As for Central Bucks South, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 14-6-1.

As of now, neither Lower Merion nor the Titans have any future games scheduled.
