Football Recap: Center Point Eagles vs. Bessemer City Tigers
Center Point had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell just short of the Bessemer City Tigers by a score of 19-16 on Friday. The loss leaves the Eagles without a win on the season.
Although Center Point took the loss, they still got scores from Julius Finnerson and Antonio Garfield.

Center Point will be defending their home-field for the first time for the first time when they go up against Fultondale at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Bessemer City, they are headed away from home for the first time to challenge Woodlawn at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
