Soccer Recap: Nimitz Comes Up Short

Nimitz was the 2-1 winner over Berkner when they last played one another back in February of 2025, but their luck changed this time around. The Vikings fell 3-1 to the Rams on Monday.

Nimitz's defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 4-6-3. As for Berkner, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-3-2.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Nimitz will challenge rival Irving at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Berkner is set to take on their familiar foe Lake Highlands at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
