Baseball Recap: Weyauwega-Fremont Takes a Loss

Weyauwega-Fremont lost against Amherst back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Warhawks lost 13-5 to the Falcons. The Warhawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Weyauwega-Fremont's loss dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Amherst, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 17-9.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Weyauwega-Fremont will face off against rival Wittenberg-Birnamwood at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Amherst is set to take on their familiar foe Manawa at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
