Texico came tearing into Thursday's matchup with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the Eunice Cardinals with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on October 14th.

Texico's got stronger as the match went on, holding Eunice to fewer and fewer points set over set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-17, 25-13.

Texico's win bumped their record up to 13-7. As for Eunice, their loss ended a five-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-10.

Coming up, Texico will challenge Legacy Academy at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Eunice, they will take on Jal at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
