Old Colony recap November 19, 2013

Dartmouth made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 3,630 from 3,835. The improvement was largely due to a 35-6 victory over Dighton-Rehoboth Regional last week.

The Indians led Old Colony in scoring this week by notching 35 points on the Falcons.

Barnstable's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Griffin Burke threw for 22 and 1 touchdown and Hayden Murphy had 44 yards receiving. On the ground Burke chipped in 21 yards. Derek Estes helped Barnstable's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 35 yards.

The Red Raiders' dynamic duo of Burke and Murphy proved tough for Mansfield to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Estes helped Barnstable's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 35 yards.

Kristian Lucashensky was a passing and rushing force as Barnstable lost to the Hornets. He completed 6 passes for 82 yards and also ran for 28 yards. Lucashensky's favorite target this week was Murphy, who caught 3 passes for 44 yards.

Barnstable's offense cannot be tamed this season and the Red Raiders feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Lucashensky has thrown for 1,129 yards and 10 touchdowns this season, while Estes has 19 catches for 302 yards.

Bridgewater-Raynham led the league in points allowed with 6.
