Soccer Recap: Youngsville Academy Charter Takes a Loss

Youngsville Academy Charter was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Iron Academy Swordsmen. The matchup was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Youngsville Academy Charter couldn't quite close it out.

Their goal came courtesy of Max Nugent, who's now up to two this season.

Youngsville Academy Charter's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Iron Academy, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.
