Soccer Game Preview: South Hagerstown vs. North Hagerstown

South Hagerstown is 1-9 against North Hagerstown since October of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Rebels will challenge the Hubs at 7:00 p.m. North Hagerstown took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on South Hagerstown, who comes in off a win.

Having struggled with seven defeats in a row, South Hagerstown turned things around against Boonsboro on Saturday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Warriors 3-2.

Meanwhile, after soaring to four goals the game before, North Hagerstown was a bit more limited in their match on Monday. They fell just short of Tuscarora by a score of 2-1.

South Hagerstown picked up their first home victory, bumping their record up to 2-7. As for North Hagerstown, their loss dropped their record down to 5-4.

South Hagerstown couldn't quite get it done against North Hagerstown when the teams last played back in October of 2024 as they fell 2-0. Can the Rebels avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
