It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Herron had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They blew past the Christel House Eagles 3-0. The victory was familiar territory for the Achaeans, who have now won five matches in a row.

Herron can attribute much of their success to Eddie Ramirez, who had 13 digs and two aces. What's more, Ramirez posted three assists, the most he's had over his last five contests.

Herron's win bumped their record up to 13-6. As for Christel House, they now have a losing record of 8-9.

Herron didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Indianapolis Crispus Attucks on the 17th. Christel House does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
