Cornerstone Christian won the last time they faced Crossroads Christian and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Cursaders walked away with an 8-5 victory over the Warriors.

Cornerstone Christian let Dylan Kelly and Jackson Kirby run wild. Kelly went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases and two RBI, while Kirby went 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. That's the most runs Kirby has posted since back in March.

Cornerstone Christian has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-12 record this season. As for Crossroads Christian, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cornerstone Christian will take on Bethel Christian at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Crossroads Christian, they will face off against Norton Science & Language Academy at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Rockets have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 15.31 runs per game on average), something the Warriors will no doubt try to take advantage of.
