Triton waltzed into their match on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They walked away with a 4-1 win over the Timber Creek Regional Chargers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 1-0 on April 2nd.

Triton's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-2. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Timber Creek Regional, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-6.

Coming up, Triton will take on Clearview at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Mustangs 2.4, the Pioneers 3.7) so any runs scored will be well earned. As for Timber Creek Regional, they will host Gateway Regional at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
