Skyline was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 35-14 to the Sunnyslope Vikings. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Coyotes of the 42-38 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in November of 2023.

Despite the loss, Skyline still got an impressive performance from Jake Ryne Goins, who rushed for 106 yards and a touchdown on only 12 carries, and also threw for 223 yards and a touchdown.
