Softball Recap: Oakman Victorious

Oakman picked up another tournament win on Friday. They came out on top against the Vina Red Devils by a score of 6-2. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wildcats.

Lizzy Cagle was incredible, going 1-for-2 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. The team also got some help courtesy of Journi Randle, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-2.

Oakman's win bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Vina, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought as the Wildcats take on the Tigers at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. As for Vina, they will take on Meek in a tournament on Saturday.
