Sand Point came out on top against King Cove on Thursday thanks in part to Peter Calugan's efforts. Calugan posted 12 points along with nine rebounds and four assists, which was good enough to set a new career-high in assists in the process. That high mark didn't come from nowhere: he has now pulled down nine or more boards in the last four games he's played.
