Volleyball Recap: Interlachen Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Interlachen lost against Crescent City back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Rams fell just short of the Raiders by a score of 3-2. Rams fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Raiders since Monday.

Interlachen took Crescent City into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking seven-point loss. The final score came out to 23-25, 25-19, 25-20, 20-25, 15-8.

Camryn Link paced Interlachen's offense, picking up six kills. Link got some help from Harmonie Strauser and her 25 assists. Kyrsten Lugar controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Interlachen has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season. As for Crescent City, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-9.

Interlachen wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Keystone Heights on the 7th. As for Crescent City, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Peniel Baptist Academy on the 7th.
