Volleyball Recap: KIPP Denver Collegiate Takes a Loss

KIPP Denver Collegiate was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to The Vanguard School Coursers.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-18, 25-9.

Ainsley Anderson had an outrageously good game for The Vanguard School as she had eight digs and seven aces. That's the most aces Anderson has posted since back in August. Charlotte Banzaf also deserves some recognition as she had her first block of the season.

KIPP Denver Collegiate's loss dropped their record down to 13-8. As for The Vanguard School, the victory was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 19-5.

KIPP Denver Collegiate does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for The Vanguard School, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-2 defeat against Aspen on the 8th.
