Soccer Recap: St. Francis Takes a Loss

St. Francis lost against Midland back in April of 2015, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Gladiators came up short against the Chemics, falling 8-0. While losing is never fun, St. Francis can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan soccer rankings (they are ranked 118th, while Midland are ranked first).

St. Francis' defeat dropped their record down to 9-8-1. As for Midland, the win keeps they at an undefeated 18-0.

Looking ahead, St. Francis will take on Big Rapids at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Midland does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
